He possesses extensive experience as a national-level author who has spent more than twenty years helping businesses navigate complicated financial situations and providing full-time advisory services.

Jinesh Shah has been a certified Chartered Accountant since 2011. He is known for his methodical approach in conducting and performing SME Tax Audits. He holds tremendous expertise in planning taxes for explicit transactions.

Jitendra Teelani, a certified Chartered Accountant since 2011, has evolved the strategic path for the company. His pioneering expertise with a vast experience in the role of GST, Litigation Support Services in the Indirect taxes, along with Regulations Compliances, Internal Financial Control & Management Audit.

Kanaiyalal Thakker is the senior-most partner of Shah Teelani & Dhru. He was entitled as a CA in the year 1974.

Jainam Shah has been a certified Chartered Accountant since 2015. He is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in compliance practice. He is the Head of Mumbai Office of Shah Teelani & Dhru, and he looks after the Virtual CFO Services and Various Forensic Audits along with the litigation cases for Direct and Indirect Taxes.

Ritu Gupta is Certified Chartered Accountant since 2016. She is managing and handling accounts, finance, and taxation matters of the client, conducting statutory audits of organizations, and guiding and advising them on compliance as well as regulatory matters. Her experience also includes the preparation of SOP's and providing assistance for process automation to pharmaceutical companies.

Viraj Mehta has been a certified Chartered Accountant since 2016, practising in Mumbai. Aziz Shaikh has been a certified Chartered Accountant since 2019. He has completed the post-qualification course of DISA (ISA 3.0). He has work experience in the industry. He is the Head of Surat Office of Shah Teelani & Dhru, and he looks after the various assignments of System audits, Detection & prevention of Fraud, Social Audit & ESG.

Jagdish Hirani is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience in the field of Direct and indirect taxation. He is also practicing in NRI taxation. He was the Bhuj Branch Chairman for FY 2024-25. Expert Speaker at Various Institutions on Budget Analysis and its impact on the Indian economy. He is an Advisor for Family Offices on various issues related to Tax Planning.

Kurian Xavier K is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, financial analytics, and advisory services. With prior leadership experience at EY GDS and internal audit exposure at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, he brings strong expertise in data-driven audits, automation, internal controls, and financial advisory. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant since 2011 and also hold Cost and Management degree from ICWAI. He has Completed his LLB Gen. from Mumbai University. He has vast experience in Liasoning, Tax Litigation & Advisory. He has handled complex matters for big Corporates before tax authorities at various level. He does Corporate restructuring. He also drives the statutory audits of listed and non listed Companies for the firm. He has previously worked LKS, law firm, EY LLP & Reliance Securities group. He takes interest in socializing. He is also serving as Secretary for Jain Chartered Accountants Federation, Mid town Chapter, Mumbai and is been member in various Committee's of Western India Regional Council of ICAI.
